Free Standard Shipping
VIMEXCITER offers free shipping on all products to save you money!
Shipping Time
Normally, our standard shipping requires 1 to 2 business days for processing and dispatching orders. For orders in-stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location and its accessibility, the delivery may take up to 7 business days to reach you.
Pre-sale items will have clear information on the product page about expected availability. We cannot guarantee delivery times during unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, etc.). We will announce any such delays on our store homepage.
Tracking Email Confirmation
After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your package details, shipping carrier, and tracking number. Some products may include electronic installation instructions as an attachment. Please note that some carriers take 48 hours to update tracking information.
Any delivery dates provided by VIMEXCITER are estimates. Since we use partners for shipping, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. You may receive your order sooner or later than expected, but generally within 7 business days.
Destinations
VIMEXCITER currently ships to all 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military/air bases) and Australia. International shipping is not available.

Shipping Partners
We currently use UPS and FedEx for deliveries. We choose the closest warehouse and corresponding carrier to ensure efficient delivery.
We offer standard shipping only; expedited options like next-day or same-day delivery are not currently available. Contact us at after-sales@vimexciter.com if you have special circumstances requiring expedited delivery.
Changing Your Address
We generally cannot change your address once your order ships to avoid damage or loss during multiple transfers.
If you must change your address, contact us at after-sales@vimexciter.com firstly. Please note that if we agree to the change, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs or any resulting product damage. We recommend verifying your address carefully before placing your order.
