FAQ
How much resistance can the pulley system support?
The WING set original includes 298 lbs of total variable resistance: 100 lbs from 2 resistance springs and 198 lbs from 8 resistance bands.
What exercises can I do on the WING?
The WING supports full-body training, including Upper Body Power: Bench Press, Chest Flys, Bicep Curls, and Tricep Extensions.
Back & Core Sculpting: Seated Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Woodchops, and Face Pulls.
Lower Body Strength: Cable Squats, Deadlifts, Hip Thrusts, and Standing Leg Raises.
Shoulder & Mobility: Lateral Raises, Front Raises, and specialized Rehab/Prehab rotations.
What are the wall requirements for installing the WING?
The WING can be installed on brick, concrete, or stud walls. For stud walls, locate the studs and mount the unit securely using the included M7 screws. For extra reinforcement, attach stringers at least 24 inches wide to the studs before mounting the unit.
How much space does the WING need?
We recommend leaving extra clearance on all sides of the machine instead of installing it tightly against the exact product dimensions. This gives you enough room for movement, attachments, and comfortable training.
For setup guidance, please visit our installation page or contact us at support@vimexciter.com.
Is the WING difficult to install?
The WING arrives mostly pre-assembled to make setup easier. We recommend two people for installation, especially when lifting and securing the unit to the wall.
Can I add accessories or customize the resistance setup?
Yes. The resistance bands are removable and adjustable, so you can customize the WING based on your training needs.
Will my bundle ship in one package?
Not always. Bundle items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and product type. The main machine, handle set, 2-in-1 ankle straps, may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
If you receive one item before the others, the rest of your order is still in transit.
What training intensity or resistance levels does the WING support?
The standard WING setup includes 298 lbs of total resistance. All resistance bands are removable, so you can adjust the resistance level based on your training needs. You can start as low as 7.5 lbs and build up to the included 298 lbs. Because the pulley ratio is 2:1, the resistance you feel during exercise will be lighter than the total band rating. If you need a different resistance range, you can use compatible lighter or heavier resistance bands. This makes the WING suitable for a wide range of home training needs, from light resistance work to more advanced strength training.
