Warranty Service

 

We provide one year of free warranty on all items purchased from vimexciter.com, starting from the date of receipt. 

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper use.
• Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance (if applicable).
• Abnormal operating conditions.
• Modifications or alterations to the product.
• Use that does not comply with the product's intended purpose.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Warranty Non-Transferable

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who bought the product directly from VIMEXCITER and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. It cannot be modified by anyone.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that there are certain exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order details as proof of purchase. Please understand that returns will not be accepted without submitting a request first.
