FAQ
Can multiple people use the cable pulley system at the same time?
Yes, the MF03 has four independent pulley systems—two for the Smith machine and two for the cable pulley—allowing up to three users to train simultaneously.
What is the weight capacity of the pulley and Smith machine?
220lbs for single pulley. 440 lbs for smith .
What are the wall requirements for installing the MF03?
Brick or cement walls: Use expansion bolts to anchor it directly.
Stud walls (non-brick/cement walls): You may need to find the position of stud and install it on the stud. Use M7 screws attached.
For extra reinforcement on stud walls: Attach stringers (more than 24 inch width) to the studs with bolts, then mount MF03 to the stringer.
How many packages are there in total for MF03?
Our MF03 features a pre-assembled design and comes in a single package.
Can I use my old accessories with the MF03?
Partially. Standard cable attachments such as lat bars and tricep ropes from other brands are compatible.
Is the MF03 available in my country?
Currently, the MF03 is only available for purchase in the United States due to its size and weight. However, we are actively exploring logistics solutions for other countries.
How do I fold and expand the MF03?
It's very simple. Remove the lower Smith bar, pull the strap on the center locker to unfold the MF03, and secure it in the locking mechanism.
How do I install the MF03?
The MF03 comes pre-assembled—just mount it to the wall. Installation is quick and can be done with one or two people. A detailed manual is included, and we also provide an installation guide video for easy reference.secure it in the locking mechanism.
Can I use bumper plates?
For now, the MF03 does not support bumper plates. We use variable resistance training instead.
What exercises can I do on the MF03?
You can perform a wide variety of cable exercises, such as the following, with many more options available:
Upper Body: Bench Press, Chest Fly, Chest Press, Bicep Curl, Pull-ups.
Lower Body: Standing Leg Raise, Squats, Hip Thrusts, Deadlifts.
Back & Core: Seated Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Woodchops, Face Full.
Shoulder Work: Lateral Raises, Front Raises, Shoulder Rehab/Prehab exercises (e.g., external rotation using pulley).
With multiple attachment points, you can easily superset exercises for a full-body workout.
Does it come with weights?
Yes, it includes:
4 springs with a total resistance of 200 lbs
8 resistance bands with a total resistance of 170 lbs
Total resistance: 370 lbs
What is the cable pulley ratio?
The MF03 has a 2:1 cable pulley ratio. This means that if you attach a 50-pound weight, you’ll need to exert approximately 25 pounds of force to pull, assuming no friction.
How can I do pull-ups on the MF03?
Set the Smith bar at the highest position and place the safety stopper underneath as an extra precaution to prevent it from slipping.

What is VRT?
Variable resistance training (VRT), or dynamic variable resistance exercise, is a type of strength training that applies a dynamic degree of force to the target muscle(s). Variable resistance mimics the natural curve of the body's strength capability as it passes through a range of motion. Variable resistance training compels muscles to work harder when they are strongest, to meet the demands of the exercise.

Physiological and BiomechanicalMechanisms
Gradualy increasing external resisfance can cause instability during training, which optimizes muscle strenath qrowtitimuli and incregses neUruscular control demands, This leads to areater mofor unit recruitment and rate coding.likely improving coordination agonistic and antagonistic muscles, Variable resistance trainina /VRT) heiahtload variability and instability, enhancing neural adaptations, motor unit recruitment, and muscle coordination. Theseimprovements boost muscle srength performance, including l R and RFD, while also enhancing faigue resistance isome trainees.

VRT Biomechanical Characteristics
A sticking point in resistance training is a speed loss during movement, typically occurring between 35% and 45% of the range of motion. This region is the least efficient, especially when loads reach 80%-90% of 1RM, as muscles struggle to meet demands. Recent research shows that VRT can increase RFD and muscle strength more effectively than traditional training by enhancing neural impulses and muscle activation, leading to greater force generation during the final part of the concentric phase.

VRT Theoretical Foundations
In traditional resistance training, muscle force varies with joint mechanics. To address this, variable resistance equipment adjusts resistance in real-time based on joint angles, maximizing muscle output and improving power training by compensating for mechanical disadvantages and acceleration changes.
Great quality and great customer support. A+++
Love it
I've been using the MF-03 for a few months now and it has changed the way I work out at home. This compact fitness machine offers a comprehensive workout solution that combines strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises. Seamless technology integration adjusts resistance and provides real-time feedback to enhance workouts. The space-saving design is perfect for small apartments and its build quality is impressive. It has a user-friendly interface with adjustable settings for all fitness levels. But can't quantify my workouts very accurately.
There is no as assembly required so when you first look at it you might think like there's no way I can put that thing together, but it actually comes preassembled, so none of this did I have to assemble. All we have to do is install it and I'll show you guys how, how the installation process went and just a couple of the things that were my favorite about it are that instead of the traditional weight system, it is U with resistant bands.
I love that this is good for beginners up to people who are more intermediate and advanced if you want to add more resistance bands.
So far so good! I use it almost everyday and love it.
Yes, I would recommend to a friend
