The folding wall-mounted Smith Machine is very well built and offers a nice/smooth feeling when performing sets. The machine does in fact take up very little space even when I place my bench in front of it. The variety of exercises that can be done with or without the bench is fantastic, but I recommend purchasing the bench to get the most out of your workouts. The only drawback I’ve encountered is the amount of tension delivered. I’m used to exercising with free weights, but since I’m in my 60s, I opted to purchase this machine instead. Since the tension bands that came with my order don’t really offer enough resistance, I plan to purchase more bands. I would highly recommend this machine to others, but not to bodybuilders who are looking to gain size because there is no way to add free weights. Overall, I look forward to using the MF-03 because at my age it will be a safer alternative than using free weights.

Can’t beat the function

With the MF03 you can’t beat the function of it. It is able to collapse bucket against the wall and at the same time offer as much as the big racks you see all online. Then at same Time Machine is really quite using resistance bands instead of heavy weights that take up a lot of extra room.

It's good just not great

First the good. Easy to install and can be working out in no time at all. I like the ability to fold it in and free up space. It offers a good variety for the price. Now the not so good. Number 16 on the rack is useless since you can adjust up far enough to lock it in. So, it's not the best for lat pulldowns. I would suggest putting it up as far as the instructions allow for when installing. Also, the band ratings are way off, so buy some extras, if you're not a beginner you will need them. Overall, I am not dissatisfied, but I feel it could have been better for the price.

Perfect Fit

After six months of continuous use we are still loving our Vimeciter MF03 Foldinding Wall-mounted Smith Machine! With some slight modifications to the mounting wall the installation was straightforward and easy. We highly recommend the MF03 for those looking for a full home gym wall mount system with a limited workout area.

I had knee surgery, and my physical therapist recommended resistance bands to help rebuild strength without putting too much stress on the joint. The bands were useful in the early stages, but I quickly outgrew them—I needed something more versatile to keep making progress.

Then I discovered the MF-03 home gym, and it turned out to be exactly what my recovery needed. It works on the same basic principle as resistance bands, but with a much wider range of motion and far better control. I can keep the resistance light and steady on days when my knee feels stiff, and gradually increase the intensity as I get stronger. The movements are smooth and stable—far better than what I’ve experienced with traditional gym machines, especially for rehab.

Yes, it costs more than a set of bands, but honestly, it's still cheaper than even a basic squat rack without weights. And being able to safely rehab my knee at home, on my own schedule, has been a huge advantage.

Overall, this equipment has truly accelerated my recovery, reduced my pain, and helped rebuild strength better than anything else I’ve tried. I’d highly recommend it to anyone recovering from knee surgery.

I've been using the MF-03 for a few months now and it has changed the way I work out at home. My thoughts on this home gym!

There is no as assembly required so when you first look at it you might think like there's no way I can put that thing together, but it actually comes preassembled, so none of this did I have to assemble.All we have to do is install it and I'll show you guys how, how the installation process went and just a couple of the things that were my favorite about it are that instead of the traditional weight system, it is U with resistant bands.
I love that this is good for beginners up to people who are more intermediate and advanced if you want to add more resistance bands.
